In October 2021, the site clearance began as part of the enabling works performed to prepare the site for construction. Following the site clearance, the mobilization of contractors, equipment, and tools to the construction site for the Landmark Waterview Apartments began on the 11th of November 2021. The Landmark Waterview Apartments site was cleared and mobilized by Trevi Foundations.

Trevi Foundations started the trial piling process on the 28th of January 2022 for the Landmark Waterview Apartments, by drilling foundations through the ground to provide more structural strength to the soil underneath and ended with the last working pile on the 23rd of April 2022.
